By accessing or using any services, websites, or applications provided by Ignite Apps ("we," "our," "us," or the "Company"), you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ignite Apps. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

4. Our Services

Ignite Apps provides a variety of software applications and tools, including but not limited to:

  • Ignite Hub: A central dashboard to access all services.
  • Ignite Ai: An ai assistant ui, built off gemini.

  • Bot Blocker For YouTube: A YouTube bot blocker for blocking/hiding bots from comment sections, videos, etc.
  • Piksl Profiles: A customizable personal profile page builder.
  • RigGo: A personal cloud gaming streaming solution.
  • ServerDex: A self-hosted server manager for Minecraft and some other games.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Ignite Apps offers both free and paid subscription tiers. When you subscribe to a paid plan:

5.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

5.2 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • No refunds will be provided for partial periods.
  • You will be downgraded to the free tier at the end of the billing period.

5.4 Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances. Contact our support team for assistance.

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

6. Free Tiers and Trials

We offer free tiers for many of our Services, which may have limited features or usage caps. Additionally:

  • Free trials, when offered, may require a valid payment method.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.
  • Trial eligibility may be limited to new users or accounts.

7. User Content

"User Content" refers to any data, text, images, or other content you create, upload, or store using our Services.

7.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of your User Content. By using our Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

7.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to your content and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

7.3 Username and Profile

You must abide by our Username and Profile Guidelines. Which currently state the following: Do not use content that is,

  • Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate.
  • Associated with a real person.
  • Associated with a brand or company.
  • Associated with a government or organization.
  • Associated with a celebrity or public figure.
  • Associated with a political party or organization.
  • Associated with a religion or faith.
  • Associated with a nationality or ethnicity.
  • Associated with a sexual orientation or gender identity.
  • Associated with a disability or illness.

7.4 Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.
  • Circumvent or bypass usage limits, access controls, or security measures.
  • Resell or redistribute the Services without our written consent.
  • Scrape, data mine, or collect user information without authorization.

Important: Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and may be reported to law enforcement if applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Ignite Apps or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

Some of our projects are released as open source software. These projects are governed by their respective open source licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0, GPL), which may differ from these Terms.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • The results obtained from the Services will be accurate or reliable.
  • Any defects in the Services will be corrected.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IGNITE APPS AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  • Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
